Constable Shantel C. Powell Named LASCO, JCF Chairman’s Awardee
LASCO and the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) have named Constable Shantel C. Powell of Area 5 as the 2025 Chairman’s Award recipient, officially earning the distinguished title of ‘Police of the Year’ and taking over from last year’s honouree, Corporal Junior Thompson, also of Area 5.
